How do I make a purchase?
Simply browse our collections, select your favorite perfume, choose the size, and click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and complete your payment. You’ll receive an instant confirmation by email or SMS.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email/SMS with your order ID and details. You can also track your order status anytime from your account on our website.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Yes, you can update your shipping address within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support. Once the order is dispatched, the address cannot be changed.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Navora Perfumes ships across India. International shipping will be launched soon—stay tuned!
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays & holidays). You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your fragrance. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or credit note.
Note: Perfumes cannot be returned once opened, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote areas may take a little longer.
